The SCSWA operates the Community Collection Centers at sites intended to be as convenient as possible to population bases in the County.
The County sells disposal punch cards to residents at the Doña Ana County Government Center and at other locations. Every time they bring trash, their card will be punched until it’s used up. The coupons are sold in denominations of $12, $24, and/or $48.

Coupons can be requested by mail. Mail your request to the Doña Ana County Utility Department and include a check or money order and a coupon will be mailed out to you.

Cards can also be billed to existing wastewater customers of the Doña Ana County Utilities. Accounts must be current and are subject to late fees. For information call the office at (575) 647-7142.
